Who We Are
We named Do-Re-Mi Family Club and yet many children like to call ``Do-Re-Mi School``
As we named Do-Re-Mi Family Club, where the children and their family enjoy learning and playing together, we carefully set up for all our programs with international education standard and at-home-like environment for babies, young children, teenagers, parents and grand-parents too! Our Do-Re-Mi Family Club is ``the FIRST and ONLY`` music school for children in Yangon and provide various enrichment classes for the babies, toddlers and after school activities for young children.
Professional Educators
We offer all the classes of Do-Re-Mi Family Club such as Rhythmic Movement, Music and Movement, Piano, Violin, Flute, Guitar, Art and Craft, Kids Fitness, Kids WuShu, Karate, Yoga for Kids with well trained and professional instructors. Also Do-Re-Mi's Kindergarten (Daily program) such as Nursery with parent or caregiver class and Pre-school classes are led by experienced and qualified professional educators who are given workshops and trainings at both local and oversea.

Yumi Hasegawa (Principal)
Yumi Hasegawa is a Japanese mother of four children and residence in Yangon since 1996. And she is working as Managing Director and Principal of Do-Re-Mi Family Club. After researching and studying music method, she started to design her own Music and Movement class lesson plan for aged zero to 7 years old. She is also a certified YogaKids facilitater and trainer (USA). She has completed two YogaKids training courses- 2005 (Singapore) and 2006 (USA) – and is qualified to teach Yoga classes to children. Also Yumi is organizing and conducting educators training such as “Early Childhood Music and Movement Workshops” starting from 2002 and “Therapeutic Support to Children with Special Needs” since 2006 for all Myanmar International pre-schools. She is also an organizer of “Yangon International Children’s Culture Festival and Choir Festival” since 2008.
Susan @Aye Su Su Lwin (Supervisor)
Supervisor, Ms. Susan has joined Yumi’s centre after her 3 years experience as a pre-school educator. Susan is the first Myanmar Music and Movement instructor in Yangon. Many families and children love her lively and fun filled music and movement classes. Since then, Ms. Yumi and Ms. Susan have been working together for producing new programs such as Pre pre-school program, Library club, Baby Sign Classes, Baby Massage Classes, Fun Birthday Event Program and many more.
